CNC Turning Services — Precision Lathework in Germiston

Our CNC turning capability covers a wide range of rotational components including shafts, bushings, flanges, couplings, bearing housings and custom fittings. We operate multiple horizontal CNC lathes with swings up to 700mm and between-centres distances up to 2000mm.

We feature live tooling with Y-axis capabilities, enabling milling, drilling and tapping operations to be completed in a single setup — eliminating secondary operations and reducing lead time.

CNC Milling — 3-Axis & 4th-Axis Machining Centres

Our 3-axis and fully integrated 4th-axis CNC vertical machining centres deliver exceptional accuracy for complex prismatic components. All machines are programmed using Edgecam and SolidWorks, ensuring seamlessly integrated CAD/CAM workflows from first concept to finished part.

With work envelopes up to 1400×670×600mm and full 4th-axis rotary capability, we can machine intricate features in a single setup that would otherwise require multiple operations across different machines.

EDM Wire Cutting — Complex Profiles & Hard Materials

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) wire cutting allows us to produce intricate, tight-tolerance profiles in materials that are too hard to machine conventionally. Our Agie Charmilles Cut E 600 and Fanuc Robocut aC400iC are among the world's leading EDM machines, capable of cutting through hardened tool steel, carbide, and exotic alloys with micron-level precision.

This service is essential for die and punch tooling, complex extrusion profiles, gear teeth, keyways and any geometry where traditional cutting tools cannot reach.

Precision Surface Grinding — Flat & Parallel Finishes

Our Alpa surface grinder delivers precision flat, parallel and square surfaces to components requiring the highest level of dimensional accuracy. Surface grinding is typically the final machining operation on components where flatness and surface finish are critical — such as bearing seats, mating faces, and precision gauge blocks.

Reverse Engineering — Obsolete Part Replication

When original drawings are lost, suppliers no longer exist, or parts are discontinued, our reverse engineering service gives manufacturers a lifeline. Our in-house designers can precisely recreate any component in strict accordance with the physical sample, reproducing it with our full suite of CNC equipment.
